This morning I made egg in a holes. They came out perfectly today. I also melted a little bit of cheese. With valentines day coming, the cut out hearts are appropriate.

We went out for breakfast Sunday. I broughthlaf of mine home. I finished half of my omelet yesterday some of the home fries. This morning I made a one egg white omelet with 50% less fat cheese. Still had some more home fries & one 55 calorie pork & rice sausage. It was a little dry but who cares.

The booties were finished last week. Lynne loved them. So did every one else at work.
